Another very popular series of posts on my Gazette blog has been about men who like to wear pantyhose. Here is one of the latest in that series, published on April 10, 2013.
There is no law that I know of that says a man who wears pantyhose must identify as a transgender person or a transsexual person or a woman. And long-time readers of this blog know that a lot of men wear pantyhose, and they do not identify as trans people or women. They don’t identify as cross-dressers, either, and it would be an insult to them to label them as such. They are simply men who like to wear pantyhose. We might all be surprised if we knew just how many guys are wearing pantyhose underneath their pants to work everyday. And why shouldn’t they?
I wonder how many of those guys would wear skirts with those pantyhose to work — if they had the same freedom in clothes presentation that women have. Sadly, men have fewer rights when it comes to clothes. But is the growing popularity of transgenderism helping their cause, or hurting it? Are we getting to the point in Western society at which men who identify as men have to declare themselves to be trans in order to dress in more traditionally feminine garb?
I’d like to hear from the guys who are wearing pantyhose — so many of you have written to me in the past and have had your comments posted in this blog. You are invited now to carry the discussion forward. What say you in response to the questions posed here?
Cheers
Jillian
The prejudice against men in skirts and pantyhose is nothing but misandry at its worst. It is one example of proof that we, at least in some ways such as fashion, live in what I call a “societal dictatorship.” This is not what true American values stand for. As a classical Liberal (think John Locke), I am a firm supporter of freedom of choice. I have had opponents of fashion freedom call me a “communist.” That is an outrageous slander – they don’t even know what communism is. A communist would LIMIT peoples’ freedom, not expand it.

I agree with The Patriot said its a double standard society women wear all mens clothing nothing said it’s not right what happened to equality between men and women. These nothing wrong with a man wearing pantyhose or tights and if you want to be stylish and wear a skirt go for it your not hurting anyone whos to say you cant if done correctly

I would bet that there are a lot of men out there that like to wear hose and tights. I’m one of them. For the record, I am not gay, trans, or a fetishist. I just like the way they look and feel. My wife likes the way they look on me too. I think that if there were some way to let the world know how many like minded men are out there, it would not only surprise everyone, but it might make it easier for men to be open about it.

I agree about prejudice against men that wear skirts and pantyhose, but at the same time, today’s men do have more fashion freedom than they usually choose to exercise.
I humbly suggest that men are their own worst enemy here. Just wear hosiery, already. The catch is to be subtle and tasteful, just like mature women are when they wear pantyhose. Only young women look “normal” in miniskirts, spike heels and bold tights/pantyhose. Remember, not even genetic women have absolute fashion freedom.
Wear nude hose under men’s shorts, and keep your legs shaved. Add a pair of ankle or crew socks to your athletic shoes, else wear men’s loafers. Wear hosiery enough so that it feels natural. Wearing just one or two articles of women’s clothing messes with peoples’ minds. They’ll look once and give up. I occasionally wear a denim or khaki skirt out in public, and haven’t gotten anything but compliments.

Men’s clothing are usually unimaginative, boring and lack variety. I have recently started wearing women’s tank tops which are more comfortable, softer to the touch and have a variety of necklines. I particularly like having more skin exposed to sun and air.
I have long looked with envy at long skirts. Maybe next year.
I am not meaning to be a crossdresser or transgender.

There is an old air force thing I learned about when posted to Cold Lake. Wear pantyhose under the clothing to help with the cold. Guess what? It does work. So guess there’s a lot of zoomies (air force type, our name for them from the army lol) who wear pantyhose at least in the cold 😛

I wear pantyhose under my pants at work. I work in an office and having them on is like having an all day leg massage. I buy Leggs Sheer Energy usually from one of the big drug store chains and they wear reamarkably well. There are times when I am on the road too all day long and they are great in winter helping keeping my legs warm. Plus I have to admit they make my legs look pretty good.

Hello all. . . . Just another guy here.
I too love to wear pantyhose. Even at the age of 43. Sad to say just not often enough. In my younger day’s my wife even shared with me my passion for this. Her thought on it was. If im happy doing it and not hurting anyone. Then its ok. I know many say well feels good.
And yes it does. But for me much more then a feeling. Its the excitment of wearing pantyhose and possible of being caught doing it. The feeling of being sexy Is like no other power. It is in class all by itself.. and being honest. Im so sick of all the crap they try and sell for men. Ohh yea silk boxers honey. Yea me .. not… boring.. or the classic. Here put this on its underwear made to look like an elephant.. come on really.. women like this.
Lol i sure dont.. just silly.. ohh my favorite here a silk robe.. i dont think so. It’s a brainer for me why i prefer womens clothes.. man crap is just so boring.. why cant a man feel sexy?
We are human too! We have feeling’s. We have wants and needs just as women do..

This guy in his sixties realized late in his life that clothing commonly marketed as “women’s” is in many ways far superior to that sold as “men’s”.
Although my work dress is never going to include a skirt or dress, nobody there wears one – not even the females – because of the possibilities of accidental (or otherwise) “inappropriate” glimpses. Even in summer, shorts are allowed but must be no higher than a couple of inches above the top of the knee.
So much for work clothes in occupations that invariably bring a person into contact with clients. I regard the rules as somewhat prudish, but I am also aware who pays my wages and the fact that, where I live, it’s an employer’s rule that will come before employees’ sense of style or fashion.
However, away from work it’s a different story. I generally wear a skirt around the house, together with a top… both bought in the “women’s apparel”. But, as my wife will confirm, they might be displayed as women’s clothing but as soon as I buy them they become men’s.
I love the colors and styles, the lightness of the fabrics, and the easy comfort that I have by wearing them. By “them” I mean anything from underwear to coats.
I now shave my legs and wear hose (tights, pantyhose, or otherwise) depending upon the temperature outside. I don’t have any feeling of gender confusion or anything like it; I’m just me. The only person whose opinion I value is my wife’s, and she not only accepts my choice of clothes, but actively helps me choose when I need her to.
I’ve no time for prudes, or the kind of silly prejudice that sees me as queer, gay, transexual, or otherwise less of a human being. Anybody who chooses to wear a particular type of clothing ought to be enabled, not only allowed.
But this is the United States of America. One of the most prudish and judgmental societies that masquerade under an umbrella of personal rights and freedoms. Sadly.

I haven’t worn socks — unless you count the kilthose I wear under my beloved Frye Campus 14s — in over 18 months. During the cooler months, I prefer tights and knee-highs because they feel lighter, more comfortable and my shoes fit better. Besides they look nicer and I rarely, if ever, need to keep pulling the suckers up. Warmer months see me in sheer knee-highs under trousers at work or I’m generally barefoot.
I do shave my legs. I think they look better that way — my legs, my choice. And I’ve been doing that since 1998.
I’m straight. I’m also married. Nevertheless, I have no qualms about riding roughshod over that thing they call the gender boundary. No respect for that thing whatsoever.

Choice for men’s clothing is so limited, so unchanged since the ’20, totally depressing. Unless you’re ready to pay a fortune for fashion designers (Jean-Paul Gaultier, Vivienne Westwood, Rad Hourani… ).
Pantyhose, silky knee highs, boyshort panties, tank tops, soft long sleeves tees, zipperless jersey tapered trousers, sweaters, fitted leather jacket, even boots. Ballerina shoes, indoors only. A lot nicer, a lot more comfortable. And a lot better designed, not to say always cheaper.
Women like my attire and seldom gossip, male friends like it, rest of manhood is suspicious!
Never mind, I feel so good.
Bonne année!

What a surprise to see this topic, I have oftened googled just the same words. If I am not nude at home I am wearing a skirt in commando fashion. Haven’t worn pantyhose yet but think about it often. Do have a nice pair of lace panties that fit wonderfully and love the feel under my jeans. Jockey doesn’t carry thong underwear for men in their stores but asking the sales lady, she said that they do carry them online. If have purchased a number of pairs and that will be my choice of underwear. Like everyone else has said, I do envy women not only for their choices in dress but also to be able to change hairstyle, makeup and whatever. I have had the same hairstyle all my life and I am in my sixties. I have taken to commenting on the skirts that I see women wear to my wife. could go on and on but everything has been pretty much said.

I enjoy wearing pantyhose because of the comfort and medical reasoning. I do wear skirts and short shorts and they help to make my legs look better. It is sad that women have all the fun styles and us guys kinda stuck with dull styles. I have been wearing pantyhose for quite awhile, even in public and no one really notices. So, if you are a little unsure about wearing one, just do it. You will feel good doing it. Again, I enjoy wearing them and will continue to do so. I also wear a lot of women’s bikini panties with pantyhose and sure feels good.

I love wearing them. I wear them pretty much all the time. If you see me, I have them on. Most of the time, I wear them under my pants. Occasionally, I wear them with shorts in public. My wife likes them on me, and we have fun with it. I don’t wear anything but normal guy clothes. Pantyhose are just nylon socks for me. I thought there was something very wrong with me for many years. I finally decided to accept myself as I am, and do what I enjoy. I’m not gay, trans, cross dresser or anything like that. Just an average middle aged truck driving, deer hunting man, that likes to wear pantyhose.

The reason I wouldn’t wear skirts as a guy, is that they very simply look ridiculous on me. It’s hard for a guy to get away with that look. There are a few who can make it work, but I’m not one of them. I have worn skirts at home in the past, but I don’t do it anymore. I wear pantyhose all the time. Even to bed. It’s enough for me to wear the pantyhose with my normal male clothing. Long pants, ripped jeans, shorts, and the like. For me, pantyhose is essential, but everything else is optional.

It would be easier to start off wearing pantyhose and/or a short skirt in less crowded places than a mall to get comfortable. Once you build up your confidence then try different venues. Push your limits but say within them.
I like to wear pantyhose, short shorts, leggings, ect. but beyond that I’m a masculine guy. I go on walks, but not really to stores or restaurants. I don’t usually see too many people, but when I do I try to be friendly. Many people in my neighborhood have seen me wear something strange at some point. Just today, I took out the trash in pantyhose and a mini skirt in daylight (saw nobody). People are usually pretty nice, especially if you are casual about it. It’s about the attitude of the wearer and acting natural about it.

My husband has worn thigh high compression stockings for 2 years. These are men’s prescription stockings recommended buy are family doctor because of the discomfort in his legs. The style of stay up stockings he wears require that he shaves the top of his legs so the stockings stay in place. He asked if he could change to pantyhose to avoid shaving every other day but the same manufacturer don’t make pantyhose for men. The doctor went ahead and did a prescription for the women’s compression pantyhose anyways and my husband now wears and prefers them over the stay up stockings. I find it odd that Sigvaris does not include pantyhose for men but offer many styles for women only.

I myself wear pantyhose often, more comfortabel and in house with a skirt. My wife was so narrowminded that she filed for divorce using clothing as an argument eventhough her illness caused the divorce being a nlormal reaction to the treatment.
depending where I am, I might go out in hose and skirt and always wish one could do so without a blink of an eye.

Wow isn’t that dramatic, she actually used the excuse that you wear pantyhose as a reason for divorce? My husband now wears pantyhose everyday from 1st. thing in the morning until he goes to bed. Most evenings he’ll just wear the pantyhose around the house without jeans for comfort reasons which I don’t have a problem with. I guess if he felt more comfortable by covering up in front of me by wearing a skirt I might think that a little odd but never reason for divorce. Myself I hate pantyhose and haven’t wore them in 3 years and I hope that I never have too.

I use to have a job that required that I wear pantyhose but that was 3 years ago so now I am free. 🙂 I wouldn’t have minded wearing pantyhose if they would stay in place and not roll down around your waist or sag at the crotch. It always felt to me like I needed to go and adjust something. I even tried stay up stockings until one day I noticed one was wrapped around my ankle. Then you always had to remember to pack an extra pair of pantyhose in case you got a snag and your boss noticed you are serving customers with a huge ladder down the back of your leg. Those days are gone and now I wear leggings 24/7 the most comfortable article of clothing on this planet. I do resort to throwing on pair of tights under my leggings when the temps drop below freezing. The compression pantyhose that my husband wears are more like heavy duty tights because he works with them on and doesn’t seem to have the problems I had when I wore pantyhose. Sorry that you still have to wear hoisery for the office…. I feel for you.

Well, I always wear a dress or skirt to work, and in this climate, one needs some sort of leg coverings in late fall and winter. Pantyhose don’t really offer much warmth, and, yes, like you,I find they do have their problems. They don’t seem to last very long. I do pack extras when I travel.
Things is, I find some of the least-expensive pantyhose outlast the more expensive one.
Perhaps I’ll buy some leggings for the deep freeze in these parts.
Thanks for your input!

I am one of those guys who would definitely wear skirts and pantyhose to work if it were more acceptable (or leggings, tights, ect). I think I could get away with it in a legal sense, but in the end my employer could find another excuse to part ways. Transgenderism may be helping pave the way for guys, not sure, but I don’t think it is hurting it. I don’t think a man has to declare themselves to be trans in order to dress in more traditionally feminine garb, but more guys need to come out and not be embarrassed to wear pantyhose to prove this. It’s hard to tell how many guys actually “underdress” (wearing hose under their pants), I know I do some.
I like to wear pantyhose and other fem leg-wear openly sometimes, but otherwise you can easily tell I’m a guy. Recently I wore pantyhose with grey legwarmers and a black mini skirt in public, at night. I went to the ATM where I saw a nice looking young black lady who smiled and stopped to hold the door for me. I told her thank you in a friendly tone. A guy came in to use the ATM next to me and a gave a sigh, he was probably just tired. They both clearly could see what I was wearing. I felt like I had a positive experience because of the friendly lady.
The point is that if you’re a guy and wear pantyhose or other legwear, random people are not going to freak out if you wear them in public. I only wear openly on occasion and by myself, but that is only because of my own social hang ups and apprehension. At least try to wear them out in un-crowded places and you will see that it not a problem. Just because something is acceptable doesn’t mean it’s going to be endorsed or promoted in the mainstream. I would not object to it, but you don’t have to cross-dress attempting to pass as a woman to enjoy wearing hosiery now and again.

I have been wearing short kilts, about 6-7 inches above the knee, and tights for about 10 years. I have even had kilts tailor made to exactly 20 inches long and I wear these quite high on my waist. I love the freedom of movement you have in a kilt. I also usually wear 10-15 dernier tights which look good on my legs and feel really soft to the touch. I use hair remover on my legs because hairy legs do not look good in thin tights. My wife and family (two boys) accept my choice of dress as do neighbours and friends. I do not get stared at in public and I get compliments mostly from women rather than men.
I think if more men were willing to try wearing tights and a short kilt or a short skirt they would love the feeling too. I am not gay, bisexual, or trangender. I am Scottish so I am entitled to wear a kilt but in the summer I wear short skirts for a change. The skirts are normally partially pleated like a kilt but sometimes not.
I fully promote men wearing skirts, but like women if you have very ugy knees or legs trousers may be better for all.

I have always liked wearing pantyhose and skirts. At one time, I crossed dressed all the way (with make up and wig). I have realized over the years that I am not gay and I don’t want to be a woman. I am a straight man who enjoys wearing pantyhose, high heels, and skirts and dresses. So much so, that last Christmas I decided I was going to dress this way from and I didn’t care what anyone thought. It has been so liberating to live like this. I shop. Go out to eat. Go to the doctor and dentist. All in pantyhose, skirt, and heels. I have never gotten a bad word from anyone. I have even had women ask me how I learned to walk in heels or where I have gotten my outfits. Best decision I ever made.

I have worn pantyhose since I was probably ten or so, and I am now forty. I have worn them for fetish and for practicality as a warmth layer in the colder months and as a compression garment when spending long hours on my feet. Whatever the reason I, or any other person, choose as the reason that we wear pantyhose, we should not be challenged for our choice. I have recently taken to wearing sheer(10-15den.) nude or skintone matching pantyhose in public with shorts. I know that some people have noticed, probably because of the shine in certain lighting, but no one has made any comments. If you are comfortable in what you are wearing and not trying to stand out, I believe that most people are going to be accepting of you.

Okay, here it goes. I’m a guy. I do guy-oriented things like work on my car, watch car races on the TV and listen to old country music. I also shave my legs, wear pantyhose and wear a kilt-you can call it a skirt if you like. I like the way my legs look and feel, especially when freshly shaved. I like the way my legs look and feel when I have on hose. I like the way a kilt/skirt feels. A skirt is cooler than pants or shorts, especially in the summer. Especially when sitting. So what? This is what is referred to as freedom. Many people from many different backgrounds champion freedom and get in your face really fast when you try to tell them that they can’t exercise it.
I believe in the “Live and Let Live” philosophy–just like Ronald Reagan. I also believe, among many other things, in the 1st and 2nd Amendments of the U.S. Constitution. So, If anyone wants to mess with me about the clothes that I choose to wear, go right ahead. Just be prepared for what you have coming to you. If I can’t tell / judge/dictate to you how to live and act, then the same goes for you. An if you choose to make an issue out of it by manifesting your thoughts in a physical way about how I look and dress, all I can say is to be prepared for the consequences of your actions.

Society is obsessed with its labels and expectations of traditions for men yet not so for women. Many in society choose to accept what they want to see and rebuke what they do not want to see. I wear clothing that society labels as womens wear without embarrassment and without question unlike some do towards men like me with their negative descriptions. All reasons against men in skirts etc apply equally to women who now adopt male style clothing, or any wear as I call it. http://www.theskirtedman.eu I wear my choice of clothing in almost all situations, in public, with friends, at home and yes along side my wife.

I always wear thin skin-coloured tights with shorts in the summer, with flip-flops or Crocs, as I like how they make my legs look, and how soft they feel.
Quite often I’ll carry my shoes and walk around in my stockinged feet. It’s mostly women that notice and usually comment along the lines of asking if my feet were hurting or if they were hot, telling me that’s how their feet get in tights.
Going into shoe shops is fun, as it’s usually female staff, and most love commenting on my tights and fitting me with nice female shoes, such as courts or dolly shoes.
I think one of the girls who serves me regularly has a bit of a foot fetish, as she insists on sitting me down on a chair and takes time putting shoes on and off my feet. Usually she kicks off her shoes too, and I get to see her tan tights feet.
We talk about feet and tights the whole time I’m in the shop, and I usually leave with a big stiffy!

In my home, I wear the pantyhose. My wife hasn’t worn them for years. If she does at all, it’s for special occasions. And I can’t remember the last time she had to do that. Most women prefer bare legs now anyway, even at fancy events.
I wore them in secret when I was young. But now I wear them for a finished off, polished look. My wife has a career that leaves her no time for housework, so it became my responsibility. I was keeping house dressed as a maid occassionally, 15 years ago, for fun. But now, that’s become a regular expectation. It’s the norm for me to put on a maid uniform for the day, when I’m ready to work. If I didn’t put one on, my wife might see it as odd. When she sees me in it, it’s a signal to her that the house is being maintained.
I wear pantyhose, because for me they feel comfortable and add extra support. But my wife also prefers I wear them to finish off my outfit. She likes to see things neat and proper. So I wear pantyhose with a dress, due to the role I play in my household.
I know a lot of women hate them. I guess I can see how they might find them annoying since they can run and they slip down at the tummy, once the waist becomes loose after several wears. But generally, I don’t have an issue with them. I can make them last a long time. I find them soft and comfortable, like they’re giving my legs a hug all day. They don’t get in the way when I do my housework either. On the rare occasion that I snag them, I just toss them out and put on a new pair. For me, pantyhose are something I wear, not my wife.

It has been over a year since I have been dressing in pantyhose, skirts, and heels in public and it is wonderful. I still get an occasional snicker or odd look, but for the most part, people do not treat me any different. I have been surprised at how many people have told me how good my legs look in the pantyhose, or how many say “good for you” because of the way I am dressed. I won’t say people are accepting but I think they are more tolerant. I don’t wear a wig or makeup. I am a guy in women’s clothes. I urge everyone to be who you are and not what the world thinks you should be.

I recently traveled to Texas for a wedding and I brought no pants with me. I flew in a skirt and wore dresses the entire weekend, and it was absolutely fantastic. I didn’t get any negative reaction at all, from anyone, at any time.

As a retired Missourian, I can attend college classes for free, and a couple of years ago, I found a denim skirt that I liked. On a whim, I wore it to class, and since, developed a preference for wearing skirts simply because it’s so much easier to just step into a skirt.
I haven’t received the questions nor remarks that I feared — do not have to explain myself.
Springfield, Missouri, though, does have a clause in a nudity ordinance outlawing a “person from dressing in clothing not pertinent to his or her sex” so I don’t know what I would do if legally challenged. I try to pick my group encounters carefully. In the meantime, I try to wear my skirts tastefully. I have eight. Pantyhose? No hankering.

My wife doesn’t care for pantyhose. But wears them on occasion and generally when I don’t expect it. I love it when she does. Me on the other hand wear as often as I can which at the moment is not as often as I would like. Wife knows and doesn’t mind. We have also been out together both in hose and at times only me in hose under shorts. No negative comments from anyone. A few glances and that’s it. Anyway who cares what others think. Apparel it is and if it makes you feel good go for it. Life is too short not to enjoy the pleasures it offers.

Once a week, I am in a French Maid costume (just a cheap one we bought at a seasonal Halloween store), panties, pantyhose, and heels. Suntan pantyhose are my go to, I like Hanes Silk Reflections, but find they run easily, so Leggs Sheer Energy get a lot of wear. I have two pairs of heels, a pair of black open toed and a traditional pair of white pumps. When I am dressed, I clean our entire house, my wife who changes into sweats, relaxes on the couch with a glass of wine and watches her shows. When I am done cleaning, she gets a foot rub, a back massage, and then I put my tongue to good use. This may not be for every couple, but we enjoy it. I like dressing up and the feeling of her being in charge, I think she likes having me clean while she relaxes. It’s certainly spiced up out marriage.

Chris, that sounds more like kink than anything else. This post was about men who wear hose and skirts as normal wear in their everyday lives.
I know that a lot of men like to cross-dress in the kink world, and that’s fine. Perhaps I’ll do a post on that angle, too.

I’m going out more and more in shorts and pantyhose, and my wife encourage’s me too. We went on a long weekend awhile back and I was getting ready to go out I forgot my sunblock for my legs. My wife said put on your pantyhose, you’ll be fine. She’s awesome

Hi Frank,
Nice one. Mine does that too, and loves me showing off my (shaved, long smooth legs) in natural colour tights. She loves seeing the reaction I get from onlookers, when they notice I’m wearing tights!
She particularly likes me to show off my tights-covered feet in public, when I’m wearing shorts and tights (usually with reinforced toes), especially on buses or trains, so gets me to kick off my shoes, put my feet up on the seats in front and wiggle my toes….
Then watch to see who’s looking! Inevitably, it’ll be a female who notices, and we’ve had all sorts of conversations about the subject, especially from women wearing tights themselves, who’ll often kick off their shoes and discuss their love of feet and tights, and their feet being hot, so take any chance they can to slip off their shoes.
I gives me such a stiffy both looking at their nylon feet and talking about the subject of tights and feet, which my wife will usually ‘ease’ for me later when the train carriage or bus empties a little, hehehehe…..

I have been wearing high heels for 6-7 years now. About a year ago my girlfreind suggested I should start wearing pantyhose to my high heeled boots and pumps. She told me it would look much better and I would be more comfortable wearing sheer nylons when I have my heels on. Yes! She was right. It looks much better with nylons when I´m wearing my pumps and it feels so much better with nylons on wearing my slim toe pointy pumps and boots.
So I started wearing pantyhose and I have wore pantyhose ever since.
At about the same time I tried a skirt on for the first time.. Wow! What a feeling. Sometimes I´m wearing a skirt all week long. Its jus feels so good. Looking like a man from top to my waist, then looking well more as a woman, from my waist and down.
Wearing a skirt I have to change the way I walk and move. I have to walk, sit, and stand the same way women do.
I love it, my girlfreind tells me she love´s my new way of fashion and also my female colleagues tells me the too likes my new style.

I started to wear panties instead of men´s underwear. Panties fits better when I am wearing skirts and my pantyhose fits better too.
Had knee high boots to office yesterday. High heeled stiletto boots. Of course I had a skirt siut on. Changed in to high heeled pumps while in the office. 4″ stilleto heels, toe pointy.
Had a meeting, sat crossing my legs. Did some dipping my heels under the table. Sat there just in my nylon clad feet. It was nice, needed some rest from my high heels.

I’ve always worn panties because I like wearing sanitary pads, so the stretchy white cotton panties I wear help keep my bulky big pads nice and secure. They feel so soft and comfy, and I love them!
Then I pull on some tan coloured tights and shorts, and walk around my local park, trying to get the attention of women. Quite a few stop and comment on how nice my legs look in nylons, and then they see the bulge in my shorts and ask about that. too!

Had a meeting a couple of days ago with two women. They did big eyes when I entered the room in my gray skirt suit and my black pantyhose. My 4″ stilleto heels could me heard miles away. They both just say WOW! They both complemeted me to my outfit. Told me I looked very very smart even cute. It was realy nice hearing them saying such things about me.
The two women had also skirt siuts and high heels on.
They both liked my style of clothes and shoes and they also liked that I have started to put on a bit of make up.
Its been said that “Girls have more fun” and YES thats true!

I llike having skirt and high heels on. I have it every day now. Can´t say I like having pantyhose on but I must have pantyhose now. Guess I am like most girls/women. We have to wear pantyhose when we are dressed in a skirt or a dress,
When I dropped the bomb that I should start wearing skirt to the office my boss told me that I had to follow the rules that the other women at the office follows. Its goes like this:
No mini skirts. Its ok if my skirts are ending a bit or two above myy knees and we (the girls) are not allowed to have bare legs! Even in the summer time.
So its pantyhose on for us girls all year round.

Saved by the girls at the office a couple of days ago. Had a buisness meeting, on my way to the meeting I went in to tolk to one of my female colleagues. We talked for a while then she wispered “you have a ladder on your pantyhose”.
Oh no! I looked down on my left leg. Oh no! I coulden´t go to my meeting like this. Had go to my room getting the extra pair of pantyhose I had at my desk. Had a light grey skirt suit on and black pantyhose but the pantyhose I had at my desk was light sun tanned. I had to change so I went in to the ladies room and changed my hose.

I am wearing panty hose all the time, even in the warmer months. They sure do keep my legs comfortable be cause of the bad circulation problems. I do shave my legs because it helps to keep the hose from working down. Also makes my legs looking nice and slender. I,also, wear skirts while I am wearing them. Especially when I do some traveling. I do prefer mini skirts, cooler to wear. I wear them out in public and no ones seems to notice or cares. But defiantly around the house, it is panty hose and mini skirts for me.

The HR people where I work told me they accept me wearing skirts and high heels but they told me it is not accepted for me or any of my female colleagues to have bare legs. So its pantyhose for me as well as the other girls.
Me too I shave my legs. My girlfreind teels I have nice sexy legs..
To office I am not wearing minin skirts. I am mostly wears skirts that are ending 2-3 inch above my knees. But in private yes I love wearing mini skirts. I Always in high heels, 4 inch high. My high heels are making me feel a bit special, a bit power full.

Just found this post so I’m late replying. I’m a regular male who does not identify as transgender or as a cross dresser but I have been wearing pantyhose out of choice for many years. I use skin tone colours under trousers and shorts with no socks. It gives me a bare leg look but evens out my skin tone which helps as my skin is very pale. Wearing them gives me more confidence about my personal appearance but no one really seems to notice or comment. I’m not really interested in the idea of wearing skirts.

Hi geelyn
Perhaps you should consider trying a skirtt. You might like it. I been having a few weeks holyday, I´m back working now. I´m wearing skrts all the time now. During my holyday I didn´t wore pantyhose. I had bare legs to my skirts and high heel sandals.
I also tried wearing a dress when me and my girlfreind was to a party. I got only positive reactions, Now its back to office so I have to wear pantyhose to my skirts. Can´t say I like wearing pantyhose but I must have wear pantyhose like the rest of my female co-workers.
I´m also back in my 4″ stilleto pumps now. Like my heels, they make me feels a bit powerful.

Myself not a day goes by that I don’t wear pantyhose or tights for the benefits plus look , feel , support being on my feet all day under my pants naturally being a str8 male for the fashion only etc. Now when it comes to a skirt I’ll wear my mini skirt cause it’s less constrictive plus in summer is cooler wearing at home only.

I was in a grey skiirt suit. The skirt ending one or two inch a´bove my knees. I had black sheer pantyhose on and my black 4 inch high heel stilletos on. The other girl was also in skirt, pantyhose and high heels.
Me and my female colleague trying to keep up with the guys. The guys walked a bit to fast for us. It was a bit difficult keeping up with the guys for us in our high hhels. My skirt was a bit tight too. We didn´t asked them too slow done, we just trying to keep the pace.
My feet was killing me and so was hers. Though we didn´t told the guys.

Pleace help me, what do you think! Haven´t desided if I should be in high heeled pumps or high heele knee high boots. I need to be in high heels that make me a bit taller and makes me feel a bit more powerful too and I need that.

Sorry I have not posted anything for a time but I have been quite busy. The pressentaion went realy well. I was not alone, it was me and a male colleague to me that did the pressentation. My colleaque did most of the talking so I was not doing so much talking. It was good because i am a bit nervous to have to talk for a lot of peolple.
I had black high heel stiletto pumps, 5″ high. Still I was a bit shorter then my coleaque.
We was up there standing for at least 1 hour. Must say it was a bit hard standing in my toe pointy high heels.
Did not wore a tie. Instead I wore a bra for the first time under my shirt. It felt realy good to wear a bra and I think my bra gave me a better posture.

Why not the simple reason, it’s healthier for the family jewels? Skirts and pantyhose are historical spoken male garments.

Us guys just need to wear what we want in public. The heck with what others think. I’m a guy and wear pantyhose everyday regardless of temperature outside. I’ve been wearing them for over 30 years. I’m not stopping now. I wear openly in public. Never got any negative comments but good ones. Get some looks but people don’t seem to care. My boyfriend encourages me to go out as the real me. I live as a woman. Either way. Gay or straight. If you want to wear them. Do it. It’s the only way to change the fashion trend. I’ll start it for us. Going to mall today in short leggings and black lace stockings. I’ll keep you posted.

I would first like to say thank you for this subject. I hate hiding under my clothing. I would gladly wear a skirt and pantyhose any time and day of the week, not just plain nude I’m referring to all the patterns and colors. I honestly wish society wasn’t so backward when it comes to men wearing pantyhose, leggings, skirts, dresses, and clothing normally reserved for females. Most of the patterns and colors that I like are all ladies clothes. I support anyone who want to be comfortable in clothing and be covered up more than some women. I’m not referring to “religious “ coverings because I like knee length skirts. Thanks again

Yeah I love to wear pantyhose, hanes silk reflections in the summer and leggs sheer energy or peavy in the winter, tan color all day! Woman (like my wife) who complain about wearing them are crazy, they feel amazing on, and the control top keeps everything nice and snug. My wife often teases me that she wears the pants in the marriage and I wear the pantyhose, and you know what, she is right and I love it!

I wear daily under my pants because of the public ridicule, name calling, laughs etc. In fact I probably know more about hosiery than most women. Am not a CD,TG, am just a normal guy that enjoys the fashion I have about 700 pairs in my collection in a variety of colors and styles. I can’t even wear shorts let alone a skirt for a fashion look. But yet a woman can wear all men’s clothing and nothing said.
