Sigh . . . Time for me to take action, before my thighs turn to molten Jello. So, I’m wondering: what are the best thigh exercises for women who don’t want big muscles, but just want to keep their thighs toned? Something that doesn’t require expensive gymn equipment. Suggestions?
Jillian
You’ve got ME, there.. Ilol….’m kinda diggin’ my jello & cottage cheese thingie happenin’ here.. HEHEHEHE… Good luck finding the right exercises. I’m sure there are some good ones to do at home without expensive equipment. In the meantime, my advice to you would be to try and take a brisk walk 1/2 hr daily, and you should be okie dokies!

There is no “correct” or “better” way. Get off your lazy (if cute) butt and exercise. Bike, walk, run, swim. Just do something. Every day.

Umm, thanks, I think . . .

You’re welcome, I’m sure. Would you have been happier if I changed the adjective to make it: “lazy (but still bitable) butt?” 🙂

Bitable? Nope. Kissable? Yup . . .

Hey, you have a g/f, and so do I — behave yourself!

I didn’t mean “bitable” as in “cut off a hunk and grill it on the BBQ in a cannibalistic fashion.” I mean as in gently (well, semi-gently) nibble, maybe also kiss.
No matter, as you point out, you have someone else to do that for you, and I have other asses to kiss – some (well one) literally, others metaphorically.

I never thought you did. I know exactly what you meant!

Walking and cycling keep my legs in shape. Aerobic exercise is key: long, slow distance. The runner’s high is a nice bonus. 🙂
Don’t worry. You won’t bulk up on estrogen. I did weights when I was younger, got very strong, really lean and wiry, but zero bulk.
