They say Quebec is a land of a million lakes and rivers. So why then, for heaven’s sakes, don’t the provincial parks like Parc Tremblant and even the federal park, La Mauricie, devote one or two of their numerous lakes to naturists/nudists for swimming, camping, canoeing etc.? It seems like a no-brainer: it is guaranteed to bring in naturism tourists from around the world.
And Quebec towns in both the Laurentians and the Eastern Townships might consider devoting a weeked in the summer to a Naturism/Nudism festival if they have a suitable area. Again, it would generate a lot of publicity and revenue.
Why hasn’t this happened yet?
