Hmm . . . The American Association for Nude Recreation is reporting that its membership is falling, from more than 50,000 to about 35,000. One headline, on the Digital Journal site, says “Nudism numbers in America drop, younger nudists going it alone”. The Digital Journal report says some young people do not feel welcome in resorts with older nudists — and that some resorts don’t welcome young people with genital piercings.

Hey, I thought nudists don’t look at each other’s genitals. How would they know if someone has piercings . . . if they’re not looking?

I wonder if my naturist readers are at all concerned by the report?

What do you think of the reported generation gap between young nudists and older nudists? Does the gap exist?

What about Canadian organizations? Same thing?
