Bravo for Scotland, which — according to The Herald — is offering to take in LGBT refugees from Uganda who face persecution because of that country’s draconian anti-gay law.
Canada, the United States, England and other nations should also offer to do the same.
Will Uganda choose to make a sport out of persecuting LGBT people or will it show compassion and allow them to leave?
You’d think, on both a humanitarian level and a financial level (i.e. money saved by not keeping people in prison), that President Museveni would let LGBT Ugandans go, yes?
We shall see . . .

Good for Scotland. They took a stand. We should too, but I doubt that could happen while Harper is in.
