In case you are wondering why I haven’t been blogging much during the past two weeks . . .
I have been engaged in pitched battle against the (cold?) virus from hell. I question whether it be a “cold/cough” virus because it has felt more like some medieval plague. (I’ll spare you the gory details.)
I now feel weariness perhaps not unlike that of a wounded medieval warrior who has been slogging it out on the battlefield for days swinging such weapons as a flail and a mace amidst a cacophony of agony . . .
Yes, like the warrior, I am emerging victorious, but there is little elation. Just fatigue . . .

Jeepers, sounds awful… Well, the sun is shining and the snow is going down fast. Do you have a sunny outside corner to read and make some Vitamin D? It’s Good for the lifting the mood!

Oh, poor you Jillian. Don’t despair, it to shall pass. I hope the ice is off your lake, and that soon you’ll be able to get in some naked time in the sun. Take Vit C, and an extra glass of Barefoot. All the best!

We’re still out here dear. Let nature take it’s course because as we all “know” it is a force immutable and always finds it’s own level. Besides, it seems many of us are having a hard time coming out hibernation after this winter from h*ll. Even the trees are behind schedule. Need the green!! ^)
