Even as the buds are finally opening on the trees in my neck of the woods, the weather forecast is calling for nighttime temperatures as low as 2C (34F) this week and next week.
Is it possible summer came and went last week, when the temperatures were soaring to 30C during the day and around 15C at night?
Yes, I know it has nothing to do with global warming. It’s “climate change,” the current buzzwords for weather systems run amok.
On the plus side, the black flies I was complaining about recently seem to have retreated. Maybe they went south . . .
