With no particular company in mind, I was thinking today that few companies would care if one customer is upset and no longer uses it services.
Funny how that works, because sometimes 1 voice can become 1,000 voices.
Would companies care if 1,000 voices stopped using their services?
And sometimes that 1 voice that became 1,000 voices can become 10,000 voices.
Imagine how the bean counters in a company who didn’t care about the 1 voice would feel if 10,000 voices suddenly stopped using their services.
And if that 1 voice who became 1,000 voices who became 10,000 voices then became 100,000 voices, and . . . you get the idea.
One voice can become an infinite number of voices . . .

Quite true! I am having my own battle with Time Warner Cable who cannot offer good service at a fair price. I’ll hope that my one voice can turn into 100,000 as well. Good luck to you!

Actually, that is how a free capitalist economy works every day of the year. People voting with their dollars.
