  1. I’ve seen lots of photos of the barely-there bikinis in Brazil, where I understood actual nudity was banned in public, beaches, etc. (Not sure it still is.) They pushed the limits to legally not be quite nude. Don’t know that this one would provide that legal cover, though!

  2. One bothers to “bother” other people. That is, the almost-not-there focuses the eyes on what it is not actually hiding, thereby getting the other people “hot and bothered.” She is a lovely miss, although of course not in the same league as you, LaJ, nor my wonderful wife.
