If you come to this blog’s home page, you may have noticed that a post about a certain comedian has been removed.

No, there was nothing wrong with it. It was neutral satire, and it was my first crack at comedy (I know, don’t quit my day job). Nothing personal.

But most companies have social media policies . . .

So, I can’t mention the comedian who can’t be mentioned, at least while there is a chance he might still be in the news.

I’m going to leave that there, except to say that it sucks not to have freedom of speech about a story that is all about free speech. It’s a Catch-22.

Don’t get me wrong: I’m not ragging on companies with social media policies. It’s about the bottom line for them.

Leaving that there, too..

Except to say that when you play the corporate game, you gotta respect the sacred corporate cow, too.

BUT . . . the whole experience has been both enlightening and liberating. I caught a bit of the spirit of the comedian who cannot be mentioned. Slaying sacred cows with comedy!

That is right up my alley.

I need to lighten up. Most of the posts I write here are soul-searching serious. Why not take a comedic approach?

Lightbulb moment: Oh, I have a grand vision of where this could go, and I think it might make my naturism/nudism friends very happy. Oh, I could so do this. You could so do this.

You gotta have a vision when you’re going to try something new. If it doesn’t come to fruition, you still have a blast trying.

I think that’s the secret of staying young: keep reinventing yourself. Or at least feeling young, anyway.

We’ll see . . .

Cheers
